by JD LongAUGUSTA, Ark. -- DAMAR LLC, current owner of 64 Speedway has voted to “Discontinue operations”, “Sell all assets relating to operatiobs at 64 Speedway” and “Dissolve the partnership.”
We have advertised 64 Speedway for sale for several months now (priced at $230,000.00) and have had a lot of interested parties look over the property.
Most have agreed that it has great potential and is bargain priced.
DAMAR LLC Will sell the property and all assets (as listed on e-Bay auction) to the highest official offer presented by midnight February 14, 2008.
Be advised an offer of $230,000.00 will be accepted immediately.
