2008 Schedule

what about the Clash race to end there season and the SAS race? i was just wondering if these events have been dropped or just not on paper in yet?

SAS hasnt came out with there 2008 yet other than the best race they have which is Super Bowl of racing IV at Golden isles and clash usually put there sched. out about mid january i think

Clash is scheduled at Fayetteville for April 12, July 5, September 27 (final event).

Clash will also be visiting the tracks in Hartwell, Ga., and Sylvania, Ga. (Screven) in '08, and running twin features @ Wythe the first time it goes there. Laurens is not on the '08 schedule.

Format will change for most event; i.e., everybody will time trial and the top eight (rather than top 15) will lock in. Everybody else goes to a heat race. Format for Clash Bash on 9/27 (time trial, redraw for top qualifiers, etc.) is still the same as I hear it.

what about a twin race at fayetteville...i think they were supposed to have one last year that got cancelled or did i can't remember...like to see that.

they are supposed to have a SAS race and it is supposed to be a twin race so if this series gets scheduled i believe that is what it will be

It's SAS EAST as I understood it - and you'll notice that there's no SAS race of any kind actually on the track's schedule page ... but that page obviously hasn't been updated in awhile since the Clash Bash isn't listed.

Must be SAS East 'cause the '08 "real" SAS tour doesn't show a Fayetteville date
