Just a reminder concerning the annual meeting:
Meeting will be held Tuesday December 4th at 7pm.
The meeting is in The Allen Building at The Bureau County Fairgrounds. The membership will be electing the 2008 Board of Directors.
Please remember, if you are not a member and would like to become a member prior to the meeting the payment options are as follows:
Checks are accepted but must be received 30 days prior to the meeting date (so... too late for that this year)
Cash is accepted up until the start of the meeting.
If you are planning on buying a membership this night, please show up early, as once the meeting starts; memberships will not be sold again until the meeting has been closed.
Memberships are non-refundable.
Memberships currently cost $100. This is for a lifetime membership.
Non-members may attend the meeting, however they may not vote; as the by-laws state that only members may vote.
