Probably many, the rule is there to help educate some members that are not aware of what it actually means.. We won't toss em out but there infractions may get full after a couple warnings..LOL

Two things that were added to the Normal registered members account (Race Fan) is the ability to upload your own custom (NON animated Avatar) and increased the PM in box to 100.
