Thoughts on Potomac

As always, I was looking forward to our "road trip" and the trip was well worth it......I saw good racing in all the classes and the show moved along rather smoothly......got there in time to make a trip thorough the pits and "visit" with some old friends and made a couple of new ones.......SLM race was a good one, congrats to David Williams on the win it was hard earned and well deserved.......one of the highlights for me on this trip was when I looked down from the bleachers and saw Richard, Whitney, Steve, and Pop standing there, really enjoyed watching the race with them and catching up a bit.......It was a good night al the way around, good racing, good friends, and best of all it was DIRT........hadn't been to Potomac in a few years and I was glad to be back and am already looking forward to being able to make another trip up there next season.......for me the only thing missing on this trip was a few of our traveling partners Chuckie, John, and Matt......

I'm looking forward to visiting some of the tracks "up north" next year. I can wait to see the schedules for 2008. :smile: Maybe I can join your travel party from time to time. I guess John's racing debut kept him away from Potomac. :lo:

Rhett you are more than welcome to join our traveling party, you'll get your first good "dose" of some of us at the WoO finals in Nov.......LOL..... and yes, John's debut kept him from joining us for this trip if we're licky he might be able to make FMS this weekend........

my first trip to Potomac and it was great. Great action in all classes that night. definitely looking forward to making alot of trips there, next year. and COngrats to David Williams. He was the only one using the top side....

Yeah I enjoy the trips up to potomoc. Couldnt make it this time. LOL
As of right now I will be at FMS, but alot could change between now and Saturday!!!!!!!!

I would love to make that tripp as well some day sounds like a good racing program up there. Need some new scenerary and maybe take up the mini to ha! ha!

shoot Adrian, the have 2 classes of Junkyard up there, small and large......and I am sure with a phone call, they would let you bring the mini up and make a few laps for the fans........LOL
