I sure hope last night teaches promoters a lesson. 1. start earlier, 2. don't try and run all the classes the same night and 3 when you are expecting that many cars have more than one freaking tow truck. I have never left a race at Clarys before the final checkered flag fell but I left last night at 2am and the still had over half of the super street nationals to go, the sportsman, the 2 SS consi's and the bombers. If they have this event next year I hope it is planned better. Other than that it was great to see all those cars in the pits. I hope to post some of my photos sometime today or tomorrow.

I agree totally, but as JH said last night/this morning, this is the first event and your gonna run into some bugs. Its a learning experience. Maybe next time, they'll run all the heats and mains for the other classes on Friday, and only have Supers and SS on Saturday. We left at 3am, and also missed the end of the SS race, the sportsman, bombers, and the 2 consi race(which should have been dropped, running that late they should have done away wit those, after looking in the pits, the majority of the SS guys had loaded up and some went home) I paid $25 I'd atleast like to see the entire event, not missed 1/2 the races cuz its too cold and WAY too late. But all in all, the racing was great, just need to make some major adjustments next time. Thanks Nash Brick for putting on the show. The idea was there, just need to fine tune the running schedule.

To be honest this isnt the first event. Well I guess you could say for Missy, Doug, and Dewayne. After the big SLM shows last year I would have thought they would have it about figured out. You guys are right , you cant run all the classes with this kinda show. Like JH said maybe next year if they have two big shows they can rotate the classes that run. I hate I missed it but I am kinda glad I did cause there was no way in hell I would have been there to the end, and for $25 I would have wanted to see all the races. Just wondering does the people that left get a discount next year? LOL

i agree, that is one thing i noticed that really could have made the program move a lil faster and that is have more than one wrecker. the wrecker would be taking one car off the track and have ti wait till it got back to move the next one or either they would go back green and another wreck and the wrecker hadnt made it back from the pits yet from a previous wreck. thats about my only conmplaint one wrecker and the cold weather lol

I think they should have qualified all those cars Friday night and that would have given us a little bit of time to see some racing Saturday night. We do have little ones out there and with it being so cold they need to be at home were it's warm --I like racing but I ain't sitting at no race track at no 4:00 in the morning to watch a race with little ones,so we missed the main race we went to see.All we saw was qualifing,a few heat races-and 2- 4 cyl.races.:ohwell:
