I had a feeling that this was gonna happen sometime this year, really expected it earlier though. Last year he struggled all year and sounded like he needed another gear when he would go around the track. This year he came back like a totally new person. I am glad to see him winning but guess the protest says something?

Some people turn down gettin protested cause they don;t have the time to rebuild it or money to rebuild it. Lets hope it isn;t true.

but Walt, it was the last points race at CLR.. what did he have to lose? Hope I am wrong too but... I dont have a dog in the fight, just makes ya wonder....things that make ya go mmmm

PURE STOCK V-8 , PURE STOCK FOUR CYLINDER , CADETS (ROOKIE DIVISION)

A partial protest ( top end or bottom end ) will be $300 from both parties
The track will receive $150 of the protest money. The winner of the protest will receive
$450 of the protest money.
A full protest ( complete engine ) will be $500 from both parties
The track will receive $250 of the protest money. The winner of the protest will receive
$750 of the protest money.

Yea last points race but not last of the year got a big event comin up this weekend might wanna try and make it there to have fun.

He said he was coming back.I talk to Jerry every week about motor parts and that sort of stuff.He was illegal but only the distributor.

the ONLY thing wrong with Jerrys car was the distributor so I think it was BS he had to lose his 2nd in points over that

thats true but from my understandin Jim said the distributer was fine when he teched Jerry at the beginning of the season and all of a sudden its illigal that is stupid when its the SAME distribitor he started with

no, if im not mistaken, he was told he had to change it. had his first few weeks to get it right. jim might have forgotten to go over and retech him
