question about rules

in v8pure stock you can't set your engine back is clary's track rule, now if i race in the ss race can i moved the engine back and be legal since other tracks have got to go by there rules in the class they were racing?

the rule says you are running under your home track/class rules with exceptions made under the "will" and "will not" section and weight corrections.

i raced there this season in the pure stock class, i'm just trying to find out if i can set the engine back!

been three hours and still waiting for a simple answer, yes or no. I'm not the driver I'm the car owner! I just want somebody on the rule committe to give me an answer. thanks!

If the Super Street at Clarys can set the motors back then I would think Yes. Its crazy that you would have to run under the PSV8 rules since that the one you ran all, you should be able to SS rules since your moving up into that class for the race. Liek I said, I don't know the SS rules nor can I say yes or no. Just what I would think.
