FASTRAK $50,000 TO-WIN GRAND NATIONALS "HEATS UP" AS TEAMS FROM COUNTRY CONFIRM; POSSIBLE 50-POSITION POINT FUND PAYOFF AGAIN!

September 11, 2007FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

(Carnesville, GA)…Having so much fun last year at the FASTRAK 2006 $50,000 to win Grand Nationals, Late Model teams from the Pacific Coast and also the Dakota Regions are confirming to make their way back East for the 2007 event.

Dakotas Region: John and Penny Smith will be headed back East for their shot at the $50,000 to win prize.

Pacific Coast Region: Robby Ireland, Jerry Schram, Kevin Rogers, Scott Puncochar, Steven Sukow and Jason Johnson are confirmed with the teams of Eric Sayre, Jason Wines and Brandon Lindberg currently waiting on confirmations. The Pacific Coast will no doubt have great representation for the 2007 event.

"We would not miss it for anything," stated Robby Ireland. "We had a great time meeting all the FASTRAK teams from back East last year. The guys were great to us and we had a good time. I went and bought a new hauler this year just to make sure we got back there this year. Everyone helped us and the teams at FASTRAK really are more like a family. It’s like old fashioned racing. Racers helping racers. That’s what it’s all about".

No doubt the camaraderie with the FASTRAK teams is a little different when they all get together. They race hard; as hard as any, but they do have a good time and this yearly event is really becoming almost like a 'family reunion". A perfect example was last weekend at the $10,000 to win event when Timbo Mangum broke a wheel in practice on Friday and no less than 10 teams stopped by to offer parts and help and several teams also offered the use of their shop that night and the next day.

Crew Chief Steve Eubanks was quoted as saying, "when you race with FASTRAK it’s different than anything else you do. I mean people really try to help each other. Kenny Peeples’ team worked with us all weekend. I saw Shanon Buckingham working all day with Lee Cooper trying to help them. For someone that has never raced with FASTRAK they really need to think about it. This is fun! It’s just nice to see people helping each other. It really is a family deal".

Look for many other teams to participate in the $50,000 to win FASTRAK GRAND NATIONALS as teams from across the country have been working hard all year to get to this monumental event.

Teams from New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Oregon, California, Illinois, Missouri, Virginia, W Virginia, Tennessee, Minnesota, and Missouri are all expected to be there. This is a race no race fan will want to miss. The "choose" format will be in effect as it was last year with all races being double file re-starts.

FASTRAK Founder Stan Lester had stated earlier this year in drivers meetings across the country that because of the lack of attendance at night 3 for the 2006 Grand Nationals that he would only pay back 30 positions for the Grand Nationals this year. THERE HAS BEEN A CHANGE! Lester has e-mailed all the teams to let them know he WILL PAY 50 POSITIONS once again providing the car counts are up.

"We made some mistakes last year with the way we did things," said Lester. "I made it too hard running three nights in a row. If someone got torn up, they didn't even have time to repair it before the next night’s event. We have changed the pace a little, having practice days in between so everyone should have ample time. I guess I have a soft spot for our teams. Together with all these teams we have built something great and I just want to see all the teams rewarded accordingly. I have made them a deal and if they stick to it then I will pay 50 positions just like we did in 2006. I am excited about this year's events".
