i think jeff young is one of the best evr at oak level but stovall to me is one of the best overall drivers that has raced there he can drive anywhere and win but i have watched jeff win alot of races and haveraced with him alot he knows that track

I'll tell you this,, back a few years ago,, I saw the #4 Sprintcar go around that track like greased lightning.ASCS or VSS guy I think,, He had more moves than Michael Jackson. I mean this guy was better than the "PASS IN THE GRASS" by Dale sr. This link may be him in action early on in his career.
