Congratulations to Mary Anne Williams on tonights win in the 305 Sprints at Virginia Motor Speedway. It was a volatile beginning to the night with a crash during hot laps that left the 92 car sidelined for the evening. At the beginning of the feature there was another scary crash on lap one that took the 69 and the 01 cars out of the race. During the next attempt at the start the 5 car lost a rear wheel. So third time was the charm at getting the race under way. Once they went green, there was no turning back. Williams took the lead on Lap 12 and lead all the way to the bank! ( oh I mean to the checkered flag! ) It was a well deserved and hard earned victory! Congrats Again!!
