Might be headed up that way to see a good race, never been to 311, Just wondering what kind of cars will be up there this weekend. It is the Twin races? Right? Thanks..

sorry, the twin races are Aug 11. this w/e aug 4 is regular racing along with the miss 311 contest, that may be something to check out depending on how the girls are up that way LOL

The miss 311 contest is for 13-18 year olds only.


Should be 16-25 year olds at least.

May not be as many cars at 311 as everyone is hoping for Wytheville is running Aug. 11 also with the Carolina Clash for $4,000. Less pay than 311 but better track and 100 times better management. Hope you fall flat on your face Mr. Johns. The way you've treated the locals the last few weeks you deserve to lose your butt. Oh my bad, you've been doing that all year!!!

heard a rumor that ......the WILD MAN -WAYNE QUESINBERRY......has his motor back and will be at wytheville on the 11th.......it`s supposed to a hoss!!!!!

We're gonna try Henry, that's all I can say, work is so hecktic right now I ain't had a lot of time to work on the car but we're gonna try out the new engine and see if we can get a setup that will go at "The Wythe".

Change in plans, I will be at 311 saurday night, running out of time so we decided to come to 311.

Surely you could make it to Wythe Raceway its not that far from 311. We would like to have ya, if you have never been there you don't know what your missing.

Oh, I go to Wythe all the time to watch, got buddy's that run up there, Phil Arrington, Chase and Jimmy McCormick, Jason Moncus, Phil Gann, and some others I left out, I don't have any help to finish the car and weigh it back out if I change a lot of stuff and it is ready for 311, I'm gonna try to make it up for the next Clash next though. It is a great track, and it's only an hour and some change from the house.
