A driver told me in a private message that he counted about 150 fans there.

That is so true PapaSmurf.....plus you had the USAR Hooters Pro Cup Series at Motor Mile Speedway and everything else going on at the other tracks around here.........Maybe someone should try to lease the track from French on Fridays and bring back racing the way it should be done........and then French could still play with his VSS Sprint cars on Saturday. :thumb:

i guy just came in my shop and told me that whitey taylor is trying to lease the track to run it on fridays.that is what whitey told one of my customers.

Hey Doc........maybe you should get together with a few of your fellow Late Model Drivers and see if there might be a way to lease the track on Friday nights.......maybe collectively as a group of drivers French might be willing to do that......It could only be a win win situation for everyone.The place would be packed with fans, The Late Models would race,French would make some money on a nite the track sets unused,He still can run his VSS Sprints on Saturdays, and you and your Late Model partners could split the profits !!!!!!
