brent robinson who sat his car on the pole at dms on the 29th with a much faster lap than the 2nd place qualifier before the race was cancelled has dms scheduled for the $4,000 race on the 6th along with gr smith. does anybody else know of any drivers beside the locals who may make the trip fri night to pick up that $4,000 and possibly go to fms sat for the $5,000 to win clash race

Hope to see a few travelers show up but most know the regular's at Dublin are hard to be because when the Green rag drops the B.S. stops! There are only a few track like this Dublin,Wayne Co. & Clary's where the best racing in the southeast is just a natural occurance.

G.R. Smith blew up his only motor he has while leading 3-11 tues night. i doubt he will race unless he finds a ride or a motor sponsor .. but as of now he is back on the sidelines again. Its a shame he has had a bad year with motors and luck!
I know he was looking forward to these races as he does like dublin and fayetteville and the people who come out and support the tracks!
If anyone would be interested in teaming up with gr contact him at www.grsmith22.com (http://www.grsmith22.com) thanks you!

I am only posting on here to let some fans know that I will NOT be at Dublin on Friday night as is posted on their website. I don't know who they got their information from, but it wasn't me. My website (www.jeffsmith-70.com) will always have the correct races posted for me at the top of my homepage. I am not here to cause trouble for anyone or stir anything up. This is NOT anything directed toward Dublin Motor Speedway. I enjoy racing down there when my schedule allows me to. I hope this clears up any questions without causing any problems for anyone.
Thanks,
Jeff Smith

Jeff we appreciate you clearing that up for the fans. Im not sure why Dublin would put that on thier website without confirmation from you. Seems to me to be POLITICAL SUICIDE!:08Choke:

Jeff Smith,Steve Blackburn or G.R. smith would just be window trim for this race as the regulars will still put on one heck of a show. Its real hard to fit more than one car in that 1st place spot and it might just as well be one of the guy's that entertain us so well week after week.

I agree but the more cars the better, plus it looks like none of the three drivers you listed will be there tonight
