New National Sprint Car Series

Anyone else see on Speed News last night about the Petty Driving Experience froming a new Sprint Car Series for 2006? Said Steve Kinser had already been signed to compete full time in the series! I think Danny Lososki (sorry about the spelling) was singed full time as well!

I hope this doesn't turn out to be like the old USA sprint group that splintered from the Outlaws 12-15 years ago. It was a total disaster ... as it stands now (and then), there are not enough sprint drivers that want to tour nationally to support two series sucessfully. I hope one of the two will die out fairly quickly (like the old USA group did), in the meantime you'll be paying $30-$35 to see non-full fields of sprinters at both series' events.
