First Time to 311

Made my first trip to 311 on Saturday. Loved the track and the Latemodel racing. Track is super fast and they could pass. Food was good to. The only negitive was the length of the night. It seemed it took forever to get through a cautions and get back to racing.

There was a good field of Supers, and some really fast cars I've never heard off. Was the guy who won the second race a local? I can't remember the names but the black 76 and the black and white 2c were fast too.

I plan on making it back for all the double header races. Everyone was very nice and seemed very friendly.

Glad you liked the show. 311 has its share of problems (lates nights aren't unusual) but it is a good track with a lot of history. Somebody can probably give you better details about the #54, #76 and #2c cars but I think they are from the local area. Actually, there were quite a few local cars and/or drivers there.

54 Johnny Stovall.......local.......76 Mickey Flinchum.....local.....dont know 2c.........I didnt make it Sat. but can tell ya most of em.

2c was Tim Christie from Clover, SC. Was one of the better runs I've seen from him.
