:07Sucks: :fight: don't know. just happened so fast. but i didn't see nothing that happened when owens and sr. were racing. they were running a good race it was just a mishap for owens. so i guess that jimmy jr. thought buddy jr. did something. just don't know. it is messed up that you pay all this money to come and see a race and then to get carted off to jail and have to spend the rest of the weekend in Halifax . just messed up.

He wasn't talking junk to me. When we came by he was standing in the way talk junk and when we turn to go around him he punched me in the neck then the ear and knocked me off the car.

JH made the comment that when clr had the fight between britches & mckeels that clarys was a safe place that they didn't have fights at all. JH just wanted to bad mouth clr. Every race track is going to have a fight sooner or later.......:thanx:

How many fights have you heard about coming out of Clary's? I believe this might be the first one of substance in a while. Jh doesn't bad mouth any track due to the fact that he doesn't want anyone badmouthing Clary's. He understands that there are going to be fights, they're just not a normal occurence at Clary's. On the chance that they do break out, they're nipped quickly by the cops that are always there. I love Clary's and CLR. I support both of them through out the year, and I don't want to see fighting at either of them.

Oh, and I went back and read that thread about when Britches and the McKeels got into and know what? No where in there did Jh say anything negative about CLR nor, did he say that Clary's was a safe place. You might want to go back and check that out before you try to put words in his mouth.

I might be wrong, well in this case I know Iam not, while there may be a small segment of the people who attend races who may like or come out only for the fights, theres a WHOLE lot MORE who dont and will stop coming if thats all you have going for ya

Iam at MB for the week very limted internet. All I got to say on this subject is how you handle fights is what counts. Dwayne harding told me that Jimmy Oneal jr would not ever be back. I sure hope he sticks to this. Thats how you solve these problems

Yes it is true. Sr took it out and went to hit Jimmy Oneal Jr and hit another guy instead which was unfortunate because the owens team didnt really have a dog in this fight. Wish everyone would grow up and have clean fun racing like Owens and Sr seem to be doing a good job at some good racing. I saw some guys from 11 crew shake Owens hand so it must not be any hard feelings there just against Jimmy. which i dont think he will be back...

In my 7-8 yrs of being around dirt racing.....9 out of 10 times its the wife,girlfriend, or somebody in the pits with the cars that starts the mess...Very seldom do you ever see 2 drivers just get out and get it on..there have been a few times I wanted to "bob and weave" with some drivers...BUT 1: It's not worth making an ass out of myself and hearing about it for months..2: Is $100 or less (unless you win) worth taking a possible ass whipping for ??....Nah...maybe I'll come watch a fight this week and just MAYBE some good racing will happen...

I did talk to Luke after it all and he asked if I was ok and that he was sorry it happen. He said he was in the truck and didnt see it. But Luke's bother got hit with the steering wheel cause he push Sr. back while he was going towards Jimmy.

Unfortunately, most fights dont involve the drivers. It is someone that has nothing to do with the racing going on. If fans and spectators would stay out it, then there would be less problems at the track. Never mind there are chidren around in the pits and dont need to be exposed to such craziness. Just my 2 cents.
