I want to thank Jeff Smith and Jimmy Owens For a great show tonight. I had my doubts all night until the checkered flag fell that Jimmy Owens wasn't gonna pull it out. But Jeff did an OUTSTANDING job. I also stopped by his pit an told him what A GREAT driving job I thought he did. Also told him how bout them AMERICAN RACERS lol. Also let him know that sometimes on these message Boards some people have to post somethings to get the members stirred up and it wasn't anything personal with him. By looking at all the replies and views it worked!!! The FMS forum has ever jumped like it did the last two days and if my playing devils advocate had anything to do with that, then Iam happy. Jeff was very gracious and understood and wasn't upset with any of it. So once again congratulations on a HUGE win tonight and I will be pulling for ya to go get that Clash title.

You will never meet anyone as humble as Jeff. He got that through Mr. Freddy and Mrs. Naomi. Those people are some of the nicest people anyone could ever want to meet in their lives. I am very happy Jeff won that race last night, and I hope at the end of the year, he will add Carolina Clash champion to his resume. Good job Jeff and Team 70!

Well I guess all I can say is DAMN RIGHT!!!! I got a call from the team 70 last night on my way home and they were pretty excited. I want all you to know that as soon as the race was over I found JH to get a reaction. He had the BIGGEST smile on his face. They need more big races like that around here so HE can keep the pot stirred. Congrats on your win last night Jeff and good luck tonight at the Clash race.

Congrats to the #70 team of Jeff Smith. Good racing last night at FMS and what an awesome opportunity to have the Lucas Oil Series down in our neck of the woods.

SmokeFan, I'm not sure what you mean by Scott not being very personable. My husband and I ran into him several times last night and he was very friendly to us, as was his mom and wife at the souvenier trailer. I saw him talking to fans on a few different occasions throughout the day/evening.

dont down bloomer on one race, what has he done at about every other race he has run this year? put jeff on tour with bloomer and see how many race jeff out runs him then! not downing jeff, he done a great job, but the man runs the track 10 times more a year than guys like owens, bloomer, and them guys.
