we have 4 more in the kiln right now. they should be out in time to take to the track saturday!

there are two carvers working on this project - it takes them about 14 hours of carving per brick.

as jh said, they are getting more detailed with each one. i seen the layout for one they are working on today that has two nash brick super lates "slide by slide" in a turn.

YOU SHOULD NUMBER EACH TROPHY ON THE BOTTOM AND WHEN ONE IS AWARDED THEN YOU PUT IT DOWN AND DOWN THE ROAD WHEN SOMEONE WANTS TO DO SOME RESEARCH AND HISTORY OF THE TRACK ,IT WILL BE DOCUMENTED

that is a kool looking brick. so how many bricks will be given out as a total? so each one different in style then that means that if someone wins one week and then comes back again and wins they will be getting a different brick with each win.

When things are made by hand, each and everyone will be a little bit different and have its own character. Remember its is hand done not a pressed out deal made mechanically.

Ecactly each one will be a little differant. I belive we counted up there are a possible 22 or more races that could be left to run. If this all works and isnt to time comsuming they have been thinking about making some mini ones for sale. Just in the thought stage. I wonder how many fans would be interested. Wonder how many SLM teams might be interested, bee great idea to give to sponsors or family? I already have my order in!!!!!!!!!!!

we could number or date each one. we do have pics of each one - add the winners name and date on the pic may accomplish the same thing.

No two will be alike -- They are hand carved by two differnt people. We look at Kevin's pictures to get ideas.

We have one that was made into two pieces and joined back together! I am one of the carvers, and there is also a kiln fireman who does them too.
