open wheel drivers are talking and we all agree if you open a slot for us to race we would love it if dublin keeps up this down hill slide we will be lookin for a new racetrallck I pdarsonally would love to see our car go round a few times just from watchin the big race from last year please keep us in mind as a trial atleast ask jeff tyndall those are a great show please marcia

Marcia correct me if Iam wrong, but when you first opened the track you heard from all kinds of owm and wanted to run at clarys? Then when it came time for them to race and ONE car showed up? I belive I heard he got paid first place money and that was the end of that/ I may have my classes and stories mixed up, but I belive thats what I heard in the past?

you're right John, it was the first year we were open we paid first place money($600) to the one car(form somewhere around VA Beach) that showed up.....but in fairness to the OWM drivers, there was one person who claimed to be speaking for a bunch of them that persuaded JC to run them and this person did not drive an OWM......

Hmm guess that wasnt the right spokesperson LMAO. But seriously with 8 classes (for now) it would take a whole lot of work and planning to even consider adding another class I would think. Not saying I wouldnt be for it, cause I like watching them little things go round an round!!! But it sure would take alot of work to pull it off and even if dublin goes under, cuts em out, whats that got to do with FMS. They run on saturday night just like clarys, so why would theycome all the way up here, instead of staying at FMS?

The ones you might get would be the ones from VMS, and that is a maybe......Im all for the OPEN WHEELS......Closest thing we get to a Northern Dirt Modified south of the line!

On the 8 classes ...........well I can think of 3 right now with the low car counts they need to think about doing away with or alternating weeks or something!!!!!!!!
