Octoberfest 350 @ Hagerstown, anyone going?

Me and the Redclay Rebel have already booked our hotel room in Hagerstown Maryland the last weekend in October! Any other fans from NC here on LRC planning on going to Octoberfest 350 this year?

I go to the Octoberfest race every year. Haven't finalized my plans yet, but I'll be there for sure. I'd love to be in the infield to take pics, but my dad is a grandstand person and its one of the few races we get to see together because he lives in PA.

At Hagerstown we go down in the pits and talk to all the drivers and watch hot laps, then go to the stands for the races!

Hey Redclay - I think I know who you are too, so I'll come over and say hi if I see you first. :wave:

Oct 15 is definitely on my list as RaceJunkie said. There's nothing like standing in the infield at Clary's taking photos totally unobstructed. I took about 900 last time, deleted about 300 on the spot, and ended up posting close to 400.

I think I might do what you do at the Octoberfest, Redclay. That way I can get some good pics and not have to leave my dad alone all day.

KevinF, I'll narrow it down for you! I always have some kind of "dirt racing" shirt on and a confederate ball cap! Most of the time my brother Nevin aka Red Dust is with me wearing a dirt shirt and a confederate do-rag!:smiley_31
