Just got a call from someone there. 23 SLM 1St Twin is in the book

1. Randle Chupp
2. 33 (not sure who)
3. GR Smith
4. Austin Dillion
5. Johnny Stovall

Ray Tucker started 6th pulled in for some reason, not sure if he will start the second one. They had over a 30 min delay I was told waiting for the resuce squad. A rock flew from the track struck a gentleman broke his jaw and knocked him out. Seems like gonna be ok except for the broken jaw. Not getting live updates, but I am surpose to get a phone call at the end of the scond one

the 22c won the first race i think.
And the man hit with a rock is a family member, he will be sore. but ok. air lifted to baptist i think. It may have broke his jaw.
Tonight was caution city. what did it take 2 hours to run the second 25 lapper. And all the other classes got there laps cut back. We didnt run in the running order that they said.
oh well. thanks to not doing anything to the track and it being dry. Instead of washing the car, think ill just blow the dust off it.

Not sure who finished 5th in the second 25 lapper but i do know it wasn'nt Steve Hendren. He got turned head on into the front stretch wall in the 1st race by Austin"I Wanna Be Like Earnhardt" Dillon.Wish that kid had to pay for his own stuff then maybe he would'nt run over people.Neil Welch let him know what it feels like to get run over near the end of the 2nd 25 lapper.
1st race was great.Chupp and Blackburn put on a heck of a show.Blackburn had it won till the right rear tire let go.

Got to hand it to Hendren, even though he crashed on the front stretch, he got out and was trying to help Mickey Flinchum fix his car. To me that seemed like some pretty good sportsmanship. Also got to hand to Chris Meadows, heard he was only 19 yrs. old. Some pretty good driving on his part.Really hate they messed up Pete Ivey's time on his first Qual. lap. I really thought he had the fastest lap.He was still practicing at 10am this morning getting ready for the race at Wythe, think he'll be a major factor at that one too. Don't know about everyone else but I thought that 1st race was awesome. Hate Blackburn blew that tire, he was literally driving the wheels off that car. Can't wait for the next Carolina Super Series race.

i thought the racing was awesome last night the 6 car of ivey got screwed on his qualifing lap 10 people said they had him between 16.283 and 16.235 on his lap but was made to run another but the second was a race of attrition you had to survive hats off to all the local guys

I think they need to go back to drawing a # for the invert.Seemed to me Ivey was just riding around in the 1st race so he could start up front in the 2nd race.Start drawing a # for invert will make'm start running a lil harder I think.Did anyone else notice Ivey bout got run over in the last corner of the 1st race trying to let a couple more cars get by him so he would start up front for the 2nd feature?Smart racing on there part but not good for the fans.

From what I was just told the guy that had the rock hit him in the jaw will be ok. They do not think that his jaw is broken, but I should find out more later today.

I'm not a Blackburn fan, but I will hand it to him, he was giving Chupp plenty of racing room. Could have been dirty and crouded him, but Blackburn did show a lot of sportsmanship. I too seen Hendren help Mickey out with his car, good deal. The main reason the races took so long is they couldn't look at a piece of paper and get the cars lined up. I know Greg stared at the line up sheet for 5 minutes and then moved one car. Yea the 6 was playing in the first race, I seen Ivey and Kevin giving hand signals. I thought the 6 was going to stop on the last lap in turn 4. But that is just using 311 rules to benifit themselves. No problem with that. Ivey lead the first half at Wythe Saturday night, Then I think his tires give up, he drifted back to 4th I think.
