EASTABOGA, Ala. -- Logan Yates continued his early season domination by picking up the win in Crate Late Model action at Talladega (http://www.racefan.com/Results.asp?TrackID=73&StoryID=219774#) Short Track in Eastaboga, AL on Saturday Night.
Yates bested a twenty-car field to pick up his sixth win of the 2007 racing season.
His other three runs have all been second place finishes.
Adam Martin finished in the second spot with Jimmy Elkins third.
In Super Late Model action, Danny Peoples picked up his third win of the season.
Second place went to Chris Mullinax with Jason Wilson third.
Barry Shipman picked up the twenty-lap O’Reilly United Mini Sprint feature event over Clayton Robertson who was second and James Tsokatos third.
Dallas Cooper picked up the win in Sportsman action over Fletcher Cavender second and Ivan Meeks third.
Eric Smith picked up the twenty-lap IMCA Modified feature event over Kevin Waddell who finished second and David Conner third.
Tyler Hurst picked up the Thundercar victory over Bubba Haynes second and Darrell Hamilton third.
Mason Dunaway survived the Hot Shot feature event to pick up the victory while Michael Blakeney picked up the Street Stock feature event.
Racing resumes at TST this Saturday Night May 19th featuring a full race program plus the annual Sportsman Spring Fling paying $1,000 to win for the sportsman.
Gates will open at 4PM with Hot Laps at 6:30PM and racing to follow.
Grandstand adult admission will be $10 with kids under ten admitted free. Pit Passes are $25.
