No DQ for the 39 crate mod?

Can anyone tell me why the #39 crate mod car was not DQ for pulling into pit road after his car quit running? The announcement during the drivers meeting was that anyone driving down pit road during green, yellow or red flag would be DQ. I see in the latest results he was credited with an 11th place finish.

first thing comes to mind is he was waved in by an offical so the race could stay green

first off his motor blew.. and he didnt go in the pit lane that you come into the track on. he went off the one you were suppose to. so0o quit coming on here trying to start drama over nothing..

I wasn't trying to start something. I was just asking a question about the rules that G-town has.

his motor blew an the offical waved him in thats correct. then didnt want another yellow flag like all the other races that night. the crate mods i think had the least yellows the whole night.
