Input needed, please, no this is not the comedy channel or anything like it, just an announcer wanting to hear from the fans & racers! What type music gets your heart thumping at the track? Country, Southern Rock, Classic Rock, Hip-Hop (I hope not)? Tell me what you like to hear in the stands!

Also, I would like to play a "theme song" for each division when they pull out for their feature race. I already have "Let's Get ready to Rumble"! Give me your thoughts! Want to make a better show for the fans!

Thanks in advance for your ideas,
Mike Leggett

country or southern rock would be a good choice.. also hells bells, highway to hell, back in black.. from ac\dc are good choices for some songs, the beginning of sharped dress man- zz top these are just some quick ones that come to mind.. Good idea though:HighFive:

going the distance - Cake (good lyrics)

Thanks!
This type of info is what I wanted!I may make a contest out of this with the top three entries getting into a dirt track of their choice, but we'll see what I get.
Either way, with you being first, YOU will be in the running!

Thanks,
Mike Leggett:thanx:

For me it takes some good ol' Pantera, Metallica, Slayer, Motorheard, or something in that range. Nothing like Pantera's Domination, Metallica's Fuel, Slayer's Raining Blood, or Motorhead's Ace of Spades to get me ready to see some dirt slinging' action.

There's one track up in Illinois that used Motorhead's The Game (Triple H's WWE Theme song) for when the Super Late Models were doing their parade lap. I thought that was cool. Motorhead's SpeedFreak would be cool for Supers. I like Twisted Sister's I Wanna Rock on Scott Autry's page.

The Beach Boys have alot of "car" songs that maybe could be theme music....Van Halen, ZZ Topp, Tom Petty, Charley Daniels, and Hank Williams Jr. would sound good coming out of the loudspeakers........

All of the songs mentioned are great . Just need a better P A system so you and your work can be appreciated. And so the drivers can hear when they are called. Would be nice to hear the national anthem when it is played, and hear the DMS Rev. PRAY to the man. But you keep playing songs , DMS rev. keep praying. And I will keep on telling the higher ups we can't hear any of it in the pits where it cost $10 more to see the race.

If it's the same "I can't drive 55" song I know, it's not Drowning Pool, it's Sammy Hagar.

He's talking about the song "Let the bodies hit the floor" that is by Drowning Pool the actual name is called Bodies..

Let the bodies hit the floor
Let the bodies hit the floor
Let the bodies hit the floor
Let the bodies hit the floor Beaten why for
Can't take much more
One - Nothing wrong with me
Two - Nothing wrong with me
Three - Nothing wrong with me
Four - Nothing wrong with me
One - Something's got to give
Two - Something's got to give
Three - Something's got to give
Now
Let the bodies hit the floor
Push me again
This is the end
Skin against skin blood and bone
You're all by yourself but you're not alone
You wanted in now you're here
Driven by hate consumed by fear
Let the bodies hit the floor
