Whats up with parents these days?

I was looking out the front door today and I was amazed to see this. There father cam outside once and even watched as this went on... They have had this trampoline in the front yard for several weeks jumping off the porch. Today I xouls not believe what I saw.. They were jumping off the dang house... Needles to say after they saw me taking photos the parents called them in the house..

my friend did that once and went right threw the trampoline and hurt himself.

Well the trampoline was probably bought with the intentions of keeping the children outside ( built in babysitter). Its too bad that SOME parents dont care enough these days to supervise children. When one of them gets hurt bad enough, they will have to answer to the ER dr. Hopefully they will wake up before something bad happens to one of them. Keep taking pics RJ, never know when they will come in handy.

for some reason, this really does not suprise me, if we had tried something that stupid, I can assure you my daddy would have taken the skin off my hide....I agree with Wilder, most parents are looking for the "built in babysitter" where as when we were kids our parents actually watched us when we were outside playing.......go figure

You have damn sure got that right. Back in the day my parents had to scream for me to come in, now I have to scream to get mine to go out.

Just curious, did you put the camera down and let the parents know what these children were doing, are were you just trying to get a few good picks of one of them getting hurt. Kids will do some of the darndest things and parents can't watch them 24/7. I just hope that if my children were doing somthing like that that someone would let me know if I was not aware of it.

Sorry race junckie, reread your post, just glad you did get the father to get his head out of his but, I do agree that it doesn't suprise me to see this, some parents could care less what there kids do.

If you want to see somthing that will make your blood boil read this, I would print a copy pf it on here, but I can't even bring myself to make a copy of it. This is what I was reading before I read your article, I'm still upset about this one. It just makes me sick to my stomach.Just wish I could be on their jury.
