I have talked to several people that did not go to FMS this Saturday because they were not running the Super's, I was just wondering if there was a noticable differnece in the crowd..................I do know there has been a noticable difference in posting about the race here on LRC.

Thats good to hear...............If you can save the money from the Super's purse and still pack the stands, this is very good for the track!

I just find it a IRONIC, that a few years ago the then late model drivers.......(ALL STEEL HEADS BACK THEN) boycotted the track when they were getting paid ONLY a $1000.00 to win............Now what was the "Late" models back then are the "Limited" late models now and they are happy to race for that same $1000.00

The Crowd was great and the Late Models race was very exciting,,
Porky Edwards tried his hardest to make it his 400th win, fans were on their
feet cheering for him...Beautiful night, lots of fun, and packed with kids and their parents...And home by 11:30...
See you next week for a $1000 to win in open wheel modified..

I hope I don't sound selfish, but I was pulling for the old man( Porky) sat. night in search of that 400th. win. Nothing against Wayne Gray at all, just the fact that I'd like to be the first one to his car after that 400th win to see that Ol' Porky grin!

I was surprised about the size of the crowd. I didn't think we would even race the way the track was when we showed up. It was awesome to be able to leave the track by 11:30. Kudos to FMS. Now that the LLM is the main division FMS needs to pay us more, lol.

Umm my Avatar didn't show?

I believe there was 11 or 13. I remember it was an odd number. Porky did have a good run, but I was tickled to see Wayne get his first win in the limited Sat. night. Way to go Wayne!!
