I am just wondering how many paid or volunteer fire fighters there are that visit local race chat? What Department are you with, what state and what do you do (engineer, hose man, line officer)?

I am a Volunteer and Davie Community Fire Department in Halifax County, NC. Right now i don't go into the fires because of my age so i am a engineer or pump man which ever. At our Dept we can't drive the trucks until we are 21 because of some mishaps we had in the past. :teu42:

Paid fireman for 21 years at Roanoke Rapids Fire Department. Ive held the title of Battalion Chief since 2001. Been through the positios of firefighter, engineer, and fire lieutenant.

I am a paid EMT with JAS. I am a volunteer with Elm City EMS and Wilson Co Rescue. I attend CLR regularly and try to attend some other tracks. I dont get many days off in a year so I am limited.

I should have put who is a firefighter, with EMS or law enforcement. Who is with homeland security? there we go.

dublin fire dept nc 5 years we do it all if u drive to the call ur the pump man and first to the hose ur da hose man also meber of our dublin brotherhood of dragon slayers rit team and a member of bladen county water recue

I have been volunteer for 14 years at Crossroads Volunteer Fire Department in Lucama NC. I have been an assistant chief for 3 years and I also am a state certified level 2 firefighter, engineer, driver operator, and medical responder. I have seen alot of things I don't care to remember in that time. I normally respond to around 200 to 250 calls a year..Most departments requires that their driver operators be at least 21 years of age around here because we all require our drives to have class B drivers license.
