"Like a lot of folks in this state I have a job. I work, they pay me. I pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as it sees fit. In order to get that paycheck, I am required to pass a random urine test, with which I have no problem.
What I do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to people who don't have to pass a urine test. Shouldn't one have to pass a urine test to get a welfare check because I have to pass one to earn it for them??
Please understand, I have no problem with helping people get back on their feet. I do on the other hand have a problem with helping someone sitting on their butt. Could you imagine how much money the state would save if people had to pass a urine test to get a public assistance check?????

Drug testing the welfare people... thats a great idea!!!! How about the disibility people.... I know jerks that draw a check, and are able to work. Sit around all day, smoke whatever off our money. UMMM, how about the drunks... All cops have to do is hang out at an ABC store for a week and they would get tons of DWIs. They drive drunk to the ABC store all the time, trust me, theres one next door to me at my shop. WTF am I talking about, I am hooked too, I suck down CAM 2 like its going out of style... what can I say, I HOOKED ON RACING!!!!

ENTRAPMENT - A person is 'entrapped' when he is induced or persuaded by law enforcement officers or their agents to commit a crime that he had no previous intent to commit; and the law as a matter of policy forbids conviction in such a case.

If a law enforcement officer sat in the ABC store parking lot, that wouldn't be entrapment. It's no different than a police officer sitting outside of a bar at closing time.

Entrapment would be for example, a female cop is working undercover as a prostitute and she approached "john doe" and talked him into her services.
That's why on all these cops shows, they have to be certain they get audio and video evidence so they can prove the guy was trying to make an offer and not the undercover cop, that would be entrapment.

Nah, I was not upset, just trying to have a conversation... You dudes rock!!!!! I just used the abc store as an example, because I had a drunk dude almost ran over one of my customers in MY parking lot one day rushing to get a bottle of liquior. But I will say this, it was a good topic that had nothing to do with racing thou... I think they should give a breath-o-lizer to race car drivers before they race on the track... or am i just being an a22?

There are alot of tracks that use a "breath-o-lizer " I belive Carolina speedway in gastonia does Dont hold me to that could be wrong. But I have read were several do. I thnk its a great Idea. I drink every once in a blue moon so iam not against those that do. But if you cant hold off for a few hours on a sat night, then I dont see any place for you in a race car putting others lives on the line.
