This sweet-tasting topping will turn your breakfast waffles into a gourmet feast.

Method
Slice three large bananas and reserve. Melt 2 Tbsp butter in a skillet, then add bananas and cook 2 minutes. Add 2 oz. of rum, 1 cup maple syrup, and a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon. Bring to simmer and cook until lightly thickened. Spoon over waffles and enjoy.
