YES! IT IS NOT A RUMOR WHEN IT BECOMES THE TRUTH!! JUST HANG ON FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS WHEN THE DEAL IS DONE THEN I THINK YOU WILL UNDERSTAND WHY I SAID WHAT I SAID. THE ONLY REASON I CANT SAY IT IS A DONE DEAL YET IS THE NAMES HAVE NOT BEEN SIGNED YET(MAYBE BY THE END OF THE WEEK IT WILL BE IN STONE!)

I dont feel that way steel heads are not the salvation for cost savings. There are a lot of other classes if you want steel heads and rules. Maybe if you call it limited late model. Why run lates only every other week. Just keep the purse and ticket prices affordable for the fans. Dont spread the crap about buckets of money I know 4 cylinder mods that have as much money in their equip as the super lates. Everbody should run what the

ALL RIGHT HERE IS WHAT EVERYONE WAS CALLING A RUMOR. THIS IS FROM THE HORSES MOUTH!! THE PAPERS WILL BE SIGNED ON JAN. 16. DOUG GORLEY AND DWAYNE HARDING ARE LEASING THE TRACK FOR 2007. SOME SMALL RULES CHANGES WILL BE MADE BUT THE RULE BOOK WILL FOLLOW SHORTLY AFTER THE PAPERWORK IS SIGNED!! LETS SHOW THEM OUR SUPPORT AND FILL THE STANDS EVERY WEEK. That is wonderful news. Some rules changes? Does that mean that the old rules from Clary's will be used with some modifications? We can only hope this is what that means. A lot of cars out there ready to run there. HOORAY

The final papers are not even signed yet and you already have people wanting some of the rules changed and some of the classes changed ect. and some deleted.

No wonder tracks close, IF YOU CAN'T RUN WHATS THERE (RULES) GO WHERE YOU CAN. Pretty simple the rules are what they are.

Now you WANT change them, maybe next year, put your NAME on the bottom line then you can make whatever rules you want..........

If a track makes the rules, and stick to them , and not show ANY favoritism they will survive. Make changes for saftey when needed.

Man, you guys are cut-throat. Give em some time, when its done, they'll let everyone know. Replying with what YOU think they should run, or change just makes this post long as hell, and you have to do a ton of reading through the crap to get to the real info, if they're renting the track, they've pretty much made up their mind what their gonna run and change, your just wasting your breath. I don't want to sound like I'm complaining, believe me, I'm just as glad as you all to hear Clarys is opening for the 2007 season. Its a great facility and track and I hope to make it out there several times this year. So be patient folks, they'll let us know when its done. Best of luck this year.

what in the world, its always gonna b a love fest for clr, um i dont think so, everyone has there own favorite tracks everyone knows that, clr actually happens to have some fans. you get so worked up about what? to b exact the facT that some people flaunt that clr is there favorite track?? i mean come on. what is the big deal,?????? not everyone like clarys. i know i cant say nothing bad about clarrys only cause i have never been there, but this is ridiculous. the starting subject was CLARYS OPEN IN 2007:shake: not "AVORITE TRACKS"I think everyone got a little too excited about my last comment. I understand how you feel. Not gonna try and change that. As I said "your opinion". I didn't try to make you mad, just tried to express my views on the matter.:icon_agreed:

It's not about Clary's, WCS or FMS...It's about all tracks offering all of us a place to race and watch racing. Just be thankful there is somewhere to go!

It's all about pushing people's buttons. I like to see how they react. They're entitled to their opinions also. No harm no foul.

I see you like doing that too Justin. I like doing that and it is real easy to do it online. I like you and don't even know you that well.

Race Junkie needs to make a Fight Forum where all you do is go in there and take junk to each other and that would be a good place to find out whose track is better. lol

This is just my opinion and I do not need any remarks but I have been to Clarys, Harpers and CLR and you can best believe that I did not like CLR because there is no security and there is aways fighting going on between drivers on the track and off the track. It would be a better track if they had some security there to control things. people go to watch the races not to watch grown men destory others cars and fight with one another. Racing is fun sport and lets keep it that way. Just my opinion!!!!

Yes I am you are the reason that we drivers should not do what you were joking about. Remembering that there are young fans that are observing the actions of their favorite drivers in a given situation. The killers at Columbine might have had racers from Fayetteville as role models.
