2007 is almost here and no word as racin at Clarys.

The last thing JC told me is that he was not going to run weekly races at Clary's or any other track. You may see a few special event races in 2007 at Clary's but don't count on much more than that...

Maybe you should take a shot a running the track, I know in the past you have had a lot of ideas on how to run one, so here is your chance.......There is three to choose from.

Thanks Charlie but I bought me a modified and ready to run asphalt with my grandson with his street stock. Have you got you a modified yet? Racin is a lot of fun if you treat it as a diversion from work. Jim D

Charlie why dont you lease one of the three yourself? You have tried with your ideas maybe you were wrong keep in mind the only way to make a small fortune in racin is to start with a large fortune. My idea was and still is if you stop enjoying it stop as you are not going to make money with it. :Whip:

I agree but there is not as of this time a dirt track except ctl that is within a 3 hr drive. Maybe the rumor of a new track near the interstate will take place or someone will lease Clarys. Shame about Kings and Barry Eller sounded like he had some good ideas.:smellie6:

Charlie has JC said what the asking price for the track is? I dont think leasing would be the way to go with everything else going on in Halifax Co.

Theres the number to call listed right above Cant get much easier to find out the answers to all your questions. Call the number and get the info right from the horses mouth

If you lived in Roanoke Rapids and had to PAY YOUR NEW TAXES you would not say Think God for DOLLY.Also it's not Dolly's deal it's Randy.MY taxes went up $57000.oo!!!!!Pay this and then say think's Dolly.Randy don't have a dime in it yet it's all funded by the TAX payers of Roanoke Rapids &Halifax NC. SOOOO THINKS TAX PAYERS for Carolina Cross Roads.
