It was a night of wild and close finishes for the Chase for the Dodge Cup for the NASCAR Dodge Weekly Series at the Adams County Speedway. Paul Glendenning topped the Dodge late model feature and Scott Koskovich claimed the Dodge late model king of the hill presented by Sunoco/Diamond Oil and Ironman Racing. Jesse Dennis took his second win in the Budweiser modifieds. Tony Hardisty won in a photo finish in the O'Reilly pro streets, and Les Helvie topped the NAPA hobby stocks.

Josh Sink took early command of the NAPA hobby stock feature and led until Les Helvie charged up from his sixth starting spot to take the lead. Helvie then had to hold off a host of cars to take his third win of the season. Following Helvie to the line was Matt Hudson, Steve Churchill, Jim Tull and Clint Dredge. With only two nights of points left to go, Churchill and Tull are tied for the lead with Helvie and Hudson one point behind.

Matt Bashor took the early lead in the O'Reilly pro streets until he spun off the backstretch bringing out a caution. Dave Schafroth and Mark Karg then battled for the lead with Karg taking the top spot. From that point, Karg swapped the lead with Mike Garner a few times with Tony Hardisty looking under that pair for the lead and Ron Ballinger looking for an opening around the high side. Coming off of turn four for the checkered, Karg, Garner and Hardisty were three-wide with Karg getting too high, leaving Hardisty and Garner to battle to the line. They crossed in a photo finish with Hardisty getting the win. Karg, Ballinger and Chuck Hulett rounded out the top five. Todd Ramsey and Mike Garner are now tied for the point lead with Hardisty and Hulett a point back.

The start of the Budweiser modified feature saw Jerry Carlson take the early lead over Jesse Dennis. Dennis then found his groove around the high side and passed for the lead. Dennis remained unchallenged to take his second win of the season. Dan Mueller closed the gap on Dennis over the final laps but settled for second ahead of Trenton Jackson, Jeremy Tibben and Carlson. Mueller has now pulled out to a 19-point lead over Jackson and 22 over Tibben.

Al Zeitner shot into the early lead of the Dodge late model feature and built a sizeable lead until a caution bunched the field. On the restart, Paul Glendenning launched to the lead and was not to be denied his second win of the season. Second though fourth came to the finish in three wide fashion with Karl Ritterbusch getting second over Corey Zeitner and Chris Spieker, with Al Zeitner settling for fifth. Scott Koskovich capped the night by beating Bryant Goldsmith, Chris Spieker and Billy Leighton to take the King of the Hill presented by Sunoco/Diamond Oil and Ironman Racing Supply title. Possibly the bigger story of the king of the hill was Spieker retiring with engine trouble since he only holds a 3 point advantage over Ritterbusch for the ACS track title.
