Need New Avatar

I would like it to be sort like a tornado. I want so that different late models come up as the tornado forms. If its possible, I would like Scott Bloomquist, Rick Eckert, Earl Pearson, Jr. and Booper Bare. Then once it comes to an end, my name Dirtfan_21 appears. This might be difficult.
