Can someone please tell me how I can get a custom avatar. I don't know how and its drivin me a little crazy tryin to figure it out.

You can resize any picture to 150*150 pixels and upload it yourself.. Visit your User Control Panel (http://www.localracechat.com/forums/usercp.php). There are many options in there for you to explore..
