What gets me is these NC State DOT signs that border rural creek and stream bridges. They explain the type of fish that inhabit that particular body of water and not to eat them. If you look close, the warning notice is written in Spanish at the top and English at the bottom. I guess this is due to the fact that the Latino population are the main race that fish and eat out of these waters.
