Any word on the 2007 rules

I have had at least a dozen or so folks asking if the rules have been released for the 2007 racing season. Have they been posted somewhere? I have been looking on HMS web page but cannot find them. I found the 2006 rules but they appear unchanged. Thanks for any updates on the status or directions to them.

We want to thank everyone for your long suffering concerning the rule books.
The reason the rule books have not yet been released is Barry and Mr. Harper are finalizing a few things concerning the track. Once these things are completed the rule books will be released. Again we are sorry it's taking so long.
