We will have a stedy rise in gas over the next few years. When my kids are my age (36) I'm sure petrolium will be the next big fuel. Remember who our president is right, Mr oil himself. This is his last term and we would not want him to be broke when his finished..lol..

Do you think I should ask for a raise from James? Two months ago it about paid for my gas bill to and from CLR - now it doesn't come all that close! A 280 mile round trip every Saturday is a lot in gas. :shake: Everytime I go to the pump its up like $.10 and I cringe. I think I'll probably be cringing for a while yet. :rippedhan Then after racing season I can cut that down, but have to pay 20 percent or more higher natural gas costs to heat my humble abode. Yeah well, welcome to our new world order! :help:

I saw a story on CNN or one of those news channels about a conversion kit to make your car run on used french fry oil. Very cheap, but they say it does smell like french fries so I'd probably spend all the money I save buying fries! :feedme:

RJ...just making a point about the gas prices and how it can affect things. I did this for weeks without getting anything, so I'm just happy to be getting something. Believe me, gas prices would have to go much higher before I'd even consider not coming down and I wouldn't ever consider asking James for more because we reached an agreement and I know he doesn't just have money to throw around. Sorry if anybody got the wrong impression - now that I've woken up some, perhaps some  's should have been inserted in some strategic places. :icon_thed

Oh yeah...the :rippedhan was meant only to reference increasing gas prices.

people need to Chill alittle! things will chill out after about 2-3 weeks... east coast fuel lines that run up from South to North Running at 50% do to lack of Power to Pump the fuel....and it's going to be awhile before them plants on the Gulf get going again , it's kind of tough getting to work when ,Works under 20' of water...
