Georgetown Speedway will NOT be racing this week

"The investors have changed their mind about racing this week. With cold weather setting in, they have decided to call it a season. The Georgetown Speedway would like to thank all the fans, race teams, and sponsors for their support during the 2006 season."

sorry to hear this but we understand ,we enjoyed racing there this season and look forward to next year ,we will be at delaware nov. for the big race at 13 ..thanks again

I just hope they come back next season. I'm hearing nothing but bad news in regard to that and I'm extremely hoping its just rumor.

Thanks for a great season . We had a great time at the track this year , only
missed 2 races. Please open up again next year and hopefully for
many more. Maybe we' ll have better luck with the weather next year,maybe
a couple sprint car shows to go along with the great late model and mod.
