We are so excited about the trip down there from VA. :dirt_race: Lets keep our fingers crossed that we have good weather next weekend.

Does anybody know if they sell race fuel at the track? Is there a consessions stand or should we bring our own food? Thanks for any help.

Yes, they do have concessions in both the pits and grandstands. They have the best cheeseburgers around... :Kool:

Thank you sooo much! I didn't know since it isn't race regularly anymore. Do you know the answer to the question about race fuel?

I do believe that they do sell racing fuel at the track...the food is hotter on the grandstand side! But the food is usally good esp the bologna burger

Never heard of a bologna burger before....should be interesting...I guess I will check for sure on the fuel situation with Marcia. I don't want to be without it. We were just hoping not to have to transport it that far.

Bologna burgers must be a southern thang! It's fried bologna served between a bun, you add cheese to it too or you can go all out and add chili and mustard to it too!

Oh ok...I have always known them as Fried Bologna Sandwiches. I was raised in the south but never heard of them called "burgers". My kids love them.

Yes....I agree with you on that one. Looking forward to the weekend...starting my packing list right now. I have to pack for a family of 5. Ok here comes another question...is there a Walmart somewhat near the track just in case I need anything? We are staying at the Interstate Inn while we are there.

I do believe so...not sure what's up there...we come from Wilson which is an hour south of Clary's down 95...you will have to ask Marcia on that one!

We frooze up here in Winchester for VA Nationals too. It was hard to keep heat in the motor to keep it from missing. It took me most of the night to thaw.

My sexuality has already been questioned, I don't think I need to wear a pink shirt to boost it on. But you can go right ahead.:joker: :smiley_595:
