open wheel modifieds

I am in Greenville, NC. Are there any tracks within a reasonable distance that show open wheel modifieds? Whether it is a regularly scheduled division or a touring division. I am aware that the Whelen modified tour (southern) shows at Southern National Raceway park on October 7th.
Any help is appreciated. I posted this in another area before I learned the navigation of this site, no need to reply to more than one, I'll monitor both. Thanks.

Bowman Gray Stadium in Winston Salem, NC runs modifieds every week (but their season is over now). Friendship in Elkin, NC and Caraway in Ashboro, NC have them from time to time. First weekend of November, Concord has the big North South Shoot-out (for tour-type modifieds and SK modifieds). That's about all I know ... hope it helps.

PS: Do NOT Miss the North South Shoot-out!!
