Whats your setup for your track? springs, stagger, torsion bar, weights, gearing anything is good.

We run 1000# front springs and stock ones in the back, 1" sway bar, pro shocks front and rear. This is all for a 1/4 high bank track with 23* of banking. The ride is too high at about 7-3/4" in the front so we need to do something with that. We do run a welded rear end, and we run 22570R-15 rights and 21570R-15 left side. We run a 2.73 rear with Turbo 350 in low. My driver is 13 years old and was solidly in the top ten till we fried a tranny. He is usually only off the pace by 2-3 tenths. So we are looking for improving our setup for next year as we only have one more race this year. any suggestions to help out would be great.

JWO...where is the car pushing in the corner?

With your setup, it sounds like it may be going in? And with 23 degrees of banking your running 1000lb springs on both sides? I would think a 200lb hillbilly split would work better with that kind of banking, at least make the front of the car go into the turn easier.

Sorry man we don't race that track anymore! that was two seasons ago. We now race a very fast lowbanked 3/8 mile on Hoosier tires
