poor sportsman conduct in pits

First of all Debbie ya'll are doing a great job with the track and keeping things going. I know that ya'll can not controll what is said and done between the fans and the crew members. But there was alot of ugly things said between the people that where there with FLoyd and Hoyle crew last night. I understand that they get upset to see the drivers get in a wreck or something happen but they need to remember that there are small children in the pits and they hear and see how they are showing poor sportman conduct and then they will think that it is okay to act like that too. I for one do not want my children showing poor sportman conduct to any driver there. Please respect the children that love to come to the race as much as their parents do. Thanks :mad:

I agree with you...man the words did fly out of their mouths...my little girl asked why did that girl just say ugly words and go :f_u: ....they need to watch their tempers...little ones do have ears and eyes and they do repeat!

yea they do i have a lil niece i think that is how you spell it lol they pick that stuff up fast and aren't scared to say it cause to them they think it is ok to say or do cause they seen a big person do it and that is right i have learned how to shut my mouth i think others should too

The one thing I can suggest anyone can do when this starts happening is either come and get me or Lisa and we will send a deputy over there to stop it.. The closer to the end of the season the worse it seems to get every year.. Another option I am thinking about is making a section in the pits for family with children... I know we cant stop all the cussing, like other things in racing its a part of it. But I will see about sectioning a part off in the pits .. Hope this helps..

Got an idea!!! Start a cuss cup. If someone is overheard cussing by a track official access a fine and put it into a fund for whatever the track may need. As much as I have heard lately it would grow at an alarming rate. Maybe use the funds to build a playground of sorts at the track for the little ones to play at during the races. Just a thought.

I know that there is going to be cussing and fussing going on but just remember that one day it may be your child or maybe your niece or nephew sitting there watching and hearing the language. I did not say wheather it was men or women but for a matter of fact it was women.
