FASTRAK Crate Nationals at Wythe Raceway
Rural Retreat – This Friday and Saturday night Wythe Raceway will be hosting the third annual FASTRAK Crate Nationals. This year’s Crate Nationals will feature a $3,000.00 to win, $300.00 to start purse as well as prize money for all cars participating in the B-Main feature race.
For the first year, Marion Automotive Group and Blue Ridge Nissan have partnered with the event and will be giving one lucky fan and one lucky driver the chance to win either a new 4x4 Crew Cab Nissan Frontier or a new 4x4 Crew Cab Chevrolet Colorado.
Friday night’s lineup will include several hot lap sessions and qualifying to lock in the top six for the Crate Late Models, plus Super Street and Mini Stock feature races. Saturday night will feature additional qualifying, heat races and a B-Main feature for the Crate Late Models as well as the FASTRAK Crate National feature event. Additional divisions racing will include Mini Stocks, Super Streets, Crate Open Wheel Modifieds and Hornets.
Pit gates will open at 3:00 pm on Friday and Saturday and admission into the pits will be $25.00 each night. Grandstands will open at 5:00 pm on Friday and Saturday night. Friday night’s grandstand admission will be $7 for adults and $2 for kids. Grandstand admission on Saturday will be $12 for adults and $2 for kids.
