Just as the man said. Most everybody uses a 1200 AFCO Right Front Spring and about a 1000 Left Front Spring.

If for some reason they still won't allow it. Your next option is to use the front coil springs out of a 1969 - 71 Buick Widcat with a 455 CID engine.
Those were the heaviest springs they ever made for a General Motors car.
Cut atleast 2 loops out of them before you put them in. Use spring spacers if you need to adjust your ride heights.

We used them in all our old "Moonshine Cars" - along with the rear coil springs out of the same model to make them sit up higher.

A set of Sears Steady Rider Shock Absorbers, that had the Lifetime Guarentee..
Oh the memories, I guess that's why they call it the good old days!
