November 26th Race [Archive]

I want to get everyones opinion on a race for November 26th. They would all be special event races. Pure Stock Four Cylinder, Super Stock Four Cylinder, Pure Stock V-8, Thunder & Lightning. Possibly Modified Four Cylinder or Super Stock V-8. All purses would be increased for this race. We could make this a tradition. With sponsorship, this could be a very likely event. It would help to break up the off-season. Give me your opinions both good and bad.

It depends on what time during the day.And if my car is still in one piece.I don't think I would be starting on another car that early.But I like it. Make it early I don't like the cold.

Possibly try to start around 4 p.m. with practice, depending on the weather. Try to be away from the track by 8 p.m., before it gets to cold. As much day time as possible.

i really don't think it will be cold in the race cars lol but yea it says good james i would be there in teh pits

Awesome idea. Maybe something like a fifty lapper for the T&L class, with a midrace fuel stop. I like it James. Do the dang thang and I will be there no doubt. Racing on a nice Novermber day would be great.

Jason that is an awesome idea i would love to see a 50 lapper T&L class.Wonder if L2 or 56 would survive that one the way they go at each other

CLREMT, haha Britches and JP for fifty laps would be awesome. Good thing this would be the last race though, imagine the rubbed sheet metal. :smiley_37

All of the classes should have increased lap counts but I do not know about 50 for thunder and lightning!

hey james, turn me, michael, and gary loose for 30 laps and see what you come up with. hopefully it will be me looking like this :FirstPriz . but if not, we are guaranteed to put on a show.

that would be kewl to but you know when it is comin to jp and bricthes a trophy is good but not goin to pay for whut they tore up lol it would be kewl to run it do even if they payed the same was just wondering if they would be payin more that is all

james, i think if you did this and advertised before the end of the season that it would work. cars could come from everywhere.
