Anybody got any input on the crate late models? We are gonna try them out next year and cut way back on our street stock stuff at VMS. Been to busy to get over to Georgetown on a Friday to check them out but it seems like a class for the future. One question I have is do they check the motors enough to keep everyone honest? Would love to get some feedback from fans or drivers. Thanks

We run the same rules as Delaware International except for the tires. The top 5 are teched every week after the feature. I don't know exactly what they check every week. That's not my department. By that time I am usually paying off the purse and listening to drivers complain about other drivers.

Thanks for the feedback. I just wanted to make sure they were keeping an eye on whats going on. Have you quit racing or are you not who I think you are?

I helped Mike Christopher for many years. I helped Ricky Elliott last year. This year I work at the track and help Lou Johnson when he races.

I always thought you were Mike. My mistake. From everything I've heard Georgetown is doing very well. Hope it all continues cause my plan is to run most friday nights there next year. I plan on making my first trip there since God knows when this friday to check out the racing.

Matt, I saw you hanging around Ricky's pit Saturday night at Hagerstown. I was with my wife and some friends on the spectator side. We decided to make the H-Town trip at the last minute. Its a shame Ricky broke, it looked like he was starting to make ground on the leaders.
