Ummm but I still got the same problem.. I can't put it as my avatar up..It only allows the dirt of nascar avatar options..Its a blank beside where this one should be..But it will not give me any options as to using it other than putting in text box of messaages manually ??

Right click on the avatar save it to your computer. Then come back here and when you try to add a ne wavatar click load one from my computer then bam put on there lol or something like that

umm Nope that is exactly how I did it when I first joined this board last year but..For some unknown reason the one I was using is gone and I have the default one and when I go to the user cp panel and click edit avatar ? It has the dot selecting no avatar or something and only gives me option of the ones already made..clicking that little dot does nutten..lol
Thanks for replying to me tho..Maybe someone will know what I need to do to fix it..I think my user panel is broken..lol

unclick the first dot scroll towards bottom of the page

That feature was removed from New Members or in your case in active.. After you have reached a certain post count that feature will be there for you again. Some people were joining only to upload obcene and advertisinf avatars so in order to control it we done this.
